Can't run V19

I just purchased and installed V19. When I try to start it, it asks for my license # and password. Says I can find these on an email sent to me. I did not receive an email with this info. How do I get it?

If you "just" purchased it, the email should follow shortly. Run in demo mode for a day in case the gang is on Holiday.
You could also try to login at
https://secure.softwarekey.com/solo/cus ... fault.aspx
and see if by signing in you can find your ID & Password.
