I know this is probably very basic but I have been working with DataCad since 1984 and this has never happened. The layers are all on and yet when I shut the layer off in the layer menu, the layer stays on in the drawing. What causes this and how do I change it?

Is [S9] Refresh toggled off in the Layers menu?
