eliminating circle around cursor

I am a longtime user of Datacad, although not so much lately. I prefer the full screen cursor lines. I know how to toggle on with shortcut Shift+. However, now I have a circle displayed around the intersection that can get confusing. How do I turn the circle around the cursor off?

In the S3 Object Snap menu, turn off S9 Aperture.
