Symbols Icon

If you're referring to the symbol icon toolbar, it's at the end of the Icon|:Draw toolbar - red squares in a square~!
Otherwise, you need to open the symbol browser to insert a symbol from a folder, or use the Insert/Symbol from the pull down menu. Pressing T will also open up the old Template (symbols) folder.
