New file will not export to Sketchup. Just lock up

Hello all,
I have a house designer trying to send me drawing files- *.skp but also saved as dwg, dxf etc and they are not importing well.
I recall that DataCad used to be well integrated with Sketchup. Has that changed? I'm using 19.03.
I have people working for me who us Autocad, maybe they should try importing and then write a DWG?

I'd say it's due to the SKP or DWG files being newer versions. DataCAD 19 will only import versions around the time it was released with DataCAD 20/21 importing all newer versions.

Ask the sender to create older SKP/DWG files ....or update to v21~!
