opening DCADWIN.MNU

I am running DataCAD 19 on Windows 10 Pro and am not able to open this file to edit my CNTL- shortcuts. A web search says Notepad can edit it, but I'm not having any luck with that. What is the best program for editing this file?

When I right click on the file, I can open in either Notepad or WordPad.
You could also try Word, but make sure it is saved as a text file.

When you say you are unable to open it, are you receiving an error message of some sort? What steps are you doing to try to open it?
