I could not install the update - said I didn't have a version 20.
There were some issues with the updater during the beta testing cycle that required some people to have to run an updated version of the full installer. They might have to do the same again and provide a link to a updated full installer maybe?
Thanks! - Josh

Do you have version 20 installed and running? Our license server indicates that you have not installed and activated v20.

Have you tried downloading and running the v20 full installer (https://www.datacad.com/xxdemo/DataCAD20Setup.exe)?

I tried the Updater here at home, with Win10 and got an error, saying I would have to uninstall, to reinstall.
I will try the full installation. Edit - that worked correctly.

I can't install DataCAD 20. I keep getting errors when I try. I'm running Windows 7 SP1

What is the error message, and when does it show up, during the installation process?
It is compatible - I am also running Win7 SP1, with the latest version of DataCAD 20.
