"Fix Text" setting for files

Does anyone know where the fix text setting is to make a file automatically fix things when the file is referenced and flipped, etc? A client wants one of our very old plans updated but the files do not have it turned on and I can't find the setting anywhere for the life of me. Thanks for the help.

On the xref, Ctrl-Right-Click and select "Fix Text"

Dang it, unfortunately that's not the setting. When I'm in the original file and I rotate a symbol, the text does not fix itself like it does in our other files.

Should be able to do the same thing on the symbol.
Also in the rotate menu, there is Fix Text that can be on.
