Menu Scrolling with Mouse

Hi folks,
I got a new computer, and I got a lot of things transferred, but something I can't remember how to do is to get the menus to scroll with the mouse wheel, when I hover over them?

Hi Neil,
Are you running on a multiple monitor setup, and is DataCAD running on your primary monitor?

I am running dual 28" 4K monitors, and DataCAD is running on the number 2 monitor. I am running Win10 Pro.
I think this how I ran it before, in Win7, on dual 24" 1080P monitors.
If I need to run DataCAD on the number 1 monitor, I didn't see how to swap this. I can switch their Display Port plugs on the video card, if that will make the left monitor number 1.
Edit: I see the default monitor is called main display, in Win10. And changing this fixes this problem! Thanks Mark!

In Windows 10 Display Settings, click on the display you want to make your 'main' display to highlight it, then under Multiple Displays, check 'Make this my main display.'
