Recalculate Extents Margins

Hi,
Is there a way I can change the "margins" of the extents recalculation? They seem bigger than needed, and a little uneven:

In the Zoom menu, F5 Percent. The uneven part is probably due to something within an xref and the ratio of your screen vs extents ratio of the entities.

D'oh! I should've known that ...
I think the wider margin at the top is because that wing of the building is an XRef that is rotated 20 degrees - and the margin is at the "virtual" margins.
