What tools can you use in Datacad to align vertically separate blocks of text - in simple text and/or mtext and/or paratext ?
An option in move to align all the blocks of text vertically would be handy.

You are asking to align or justify to a left line?
That would be in Text/Justify, draw the vertical line, then you can pick the justify option (left/center/right), then pick the text.

1. If using standard Alt+T to enter text dynamically onto the screen, you can also turn on the text insertion point (Tools/Program Preferences/Drawing/Display Options which allows you to draw a vertical/horizontal line to then move the text into alignment.
2. Using GetSnap (shift + o/snap) saves having to draw any line,
3. If you turn off the T in SWOTHLUDFBK this will only display text as an outline allowing you to align them.
