I'm not sure how this happened but all of the sudden, Dir. Distance input does not work for drawing lines. I can input a distance but the direction is preset and will not accept cursor input. Any/every line is now jumping out at an angle that seems to be set from the position between the cursor and absolute zero. (however, the distance is correct.)

What setting might be wrong for this to be the case?

Not sure but a couple of things come to mind to check.

- In Settings, is Fixed Ref turned on?
- In Object Snap, is Offset turned on?

Yep! It was Fixed Ref. under Settings.

Switched it off and all is back to normal.
