When I insert an xref or self-xref all I am seeing is the clip cube. I have checked display and program functions and cannot seem to get the xref to show. The active layer is not locked. I have never had this issue. What do I have to do to get it to show?
Hi Gary, I may be wrong, but I don't think we can see the entire XRef / Self Reference during insertion. It shows the extents box, and inserts by the center. The work around is to place it, and then snap to move it a specific distance.
I think that some / many XRefs would just be too big to show smoothly.
