Anyone having trouble "Activating DataCAD" ?

I have completed a subscription renewal and when installing DCAD21 could not get the "Activate Datacad" to work so installed as Evaluation.

I have been trying for the last few days to "Activate Datacad" but to no avail.
The message is "Error 9102: The web service returned an error"

I just deactivated and reactivated my license using the Datacad Help menu's License Actions without issue here. Maybe try logging into the license portal to see if you can manually deactivate all your licenses and then try to re-activate Datacad 21?

Your DataCAD 21 license was already activated on a computer. It was last run on that computer in December 2019. I have deactivated that prior installation of your DataCAD 21 license, so you should be able to activate it now.

Thanks for helping with the validation...I had been using the subscription renewal numbers instead of the initial installation numbers.
