Apologies upfront for asking such a basic question but I would love to have pre-drawn symbols for people at different scales for both plans and elevations - very similar to "Trees" or "Vehicles". Are there any macros available (free or purchasable) in the system somewhere?

I don't think Cheap Trick Ware is still available, but there used to be some 2D entourage people for elevations; I don't recall any plan views of peeps, though. Have you searched for some free DWG files and then import them?

You could check here https://acad-block.com/people-cad-blocks/ there is a variety of people drawings to create what you need.
