What file is the open screen settings saved to?

Opening Screen Issue Resolved - This has nothing to do with the "configure" settings. Open any file and go to View->Toolbars, we were having a problem with the "Coordinates / Hints" getting toggled off indiscrimately. We also get a stash of GUI's getting turned ON whenever Windows does an update. This is the location to toggle off those annoying GUI's that eat up valuable screen space.

That shouldn't be happening, it should only change if you change it. If you can give more detail maybe we can track it down...
