Every thing working fine, all of a sudden I get O2C failed to create. Any ideas?

Do you get the message in other drawings? In a new default drawing create a few new 3D primitive entities like a cone, cube, does it still do it?

I sometimes (rarely) get this happen. Closing and restarting DataCAD seems to fix it. You can also try using File/Purge on the drawing if it persists.
