Table of program preferences on top of the screen

When I open the program preferences the table goes up to the top of the screen so the titles are hidden without being able to click on them.
How to move the table down ?

try holding down Ctrl-Shift as you open it.

I don't have my computer with me so not certain about this, but if Roger's suggestion doesn't work you could look in the dcadwintoolbars.gui file to see if there is a setting there for the preferences dialog, See a

Pressing the Ctrl and Shift keys really helped and the issue was resolved
