Choppy Mouse in Datacad

An old problem surfaced again after upgrading to 22.00.08.01. When I have any drawing open (no matter the size or complexity) my mouse is choppy as I move the cursor across the screen. This happened in DCAD 21 and NVIDIA provided the optimal settings which I verified are still in place. The drivers are up to date. The mouse is not choppy in any other graphics program, or any other application for that matter. I work on a laptop using an external 32" LG monitor with an NVIDIA GTX 2060 GPU.

Any suggestions on what else to try?

A little elemental, but have you checked grid snap settings?

Yes, it is off, I don't use snap settings.

This happened when I did the latest upgrade.

David, it could be the Dynamic Snapping setting for XRefs - go to Tools/Program Preferences/Drawing tab and middle of the right side uncheck the Dynamic Snapping, and see if that helps? This is just the flyouts - you can still snap to things in XRefs.

Neil that didn't work, thanks for you input. Any other ideas that I might try?

Okay I found the problem, I use my laptop with an external monitor, I unplugged the monitor and the cursor preformed as it should "smooth as silk'.
The monitor was 32" LG, and my laptop is an Alienware with 32MB ram.

Thanks for every ones input.
