Back during the release of Off Symbol Layer support, weren't we able to do a symbol edit on a symbol and turn off layers and then write the symbol back to the hard drive and then when we inserted the symbol that the default state of what layers were on/off would match what they were when the symbol was saved? I can't seem to do this now.
