Status Toolbar issue

Status toolbar doesn't come up.

What I should get:

What we get is the exclamation tag (showing the current layer "PRT_MRKL" :

Any one have this happen and managed to resolve it"

Harald, click on View then Toolbars and toggle on Projection Pad and Status Panel.
