Datacad on Parallels

Updating to Mac M1 computer. I have Parallels running and Dcad 22 runs fine except for one issue. I have all my drawings in Dropbox. When I share the Dropbox folder from Mac to Windows, all the files show up in Windows file explorer. But when I try to open any file, I get File Decompression Error. Is anyone using Parallels with. drawings in Dropbox? If so, I would appreciate you enlightening me as to how you did it.
BTW, I have been using Dcad on my Intel Mac for almost 10 years using VMware Fusion (which will not run on the M1 chip yet), with the drawings stored in Dropbox and have not had this issue.
