"Undo" in Multi-Layout

Why doesn't "CTRL-Z" or "Edit>Undo" work when you're in multilayout? It's extremely frustrating and seemingly makes no sense that you can't "undo" after accidentally deleting a detail or copying a sheet's contents. Are there any plans to update this?
