Symbol browser issue

We recently updated from DC21 to DC23. We are having an issue when we click on the file button in the Symbol browser to change file locations DataCad shuts down. When we re-open the program and drawing files that were open we get notice that the drawing was not closed properly. This doesn't happen every time but we have had it happen on multiple computers and in different drawings. Most of the files that we area working in were originally created in DC21.

Hello Case,

Do you use 2 monitors? If so, when you open the Symbol Browser - it may be trying to open it on the second monitor. If you hit Esc it should return you to control - it seems like it has locked up; but there is something off the screen that you can't see. There is a way to reset the position the SB to be at the default location, where you can see it.

We do use two monitor systems. The issue is not seeing the folders or the symbol browser. It crashes DataCad.

So, DataCAD disappears from the screen? Or is it locking up?

If it is locking up, then try hitting the Esc (escape) key?

It seems that the is issue has resolved itself but another has arose with the symbol browser. I will post a separate thread.
