Good morning, all -

I have a client who is looking at purchasing an existing CVS building in Warren, Ohio (I believe it may be vacated). We need a couple of site dimensions checked that doesn't necessarily need me to fly there for a 1/2 hour to 2 hour site visit. Is there anyone reasonably near Warren that would like to make a few hourly bucks with no real liability?
