Ran across this Youtube video on another forum I'm a member of:

Looks pretty cool - though apparently it will only digitize an 8.5x11 (or A4) sheet at a time.

Maybe I've found what I want for Christmas this year!

I could see this as being VERY useful when doing field measuring if you don't want to take a laptop into the field - as long as you stay within the 8.5x11 sheet size.
