I need some help finding a source that has DataCad compatible 3d objects such as clothes, shoes, bottles of shampoo, watches, cell phones, etc...."merchandise" you would find in a department store. We design store fixtures and always provide a 3d rendering to our clients. I've noticed that our competitors also show 3d merchandise in their renderings and I am doubting they are building each little item from scratch themselves.

Any idea of a resource for that?

I would try looking in the Google 3D Warehouse.
