Can anyone please recommend a 3-D modeling program that takes me beyond the basic rendering features offered by DataCAD? Sketchup? Form-Z? Looking for the best program for creating rendered perspectives, preferably that is compatible with Dcad dwgs. Thanks.

I typically export my drawings from DataCAD to dwg format and import them into 3D Studio VIZ for all my renderings. This software package is fairly easy to use and puts out a very nice architectural rendering. I would highly recommend it to just about anyone. Hope this helps
