I am running DataCAD in Windows 10 in a virtual machine (Fusion on a mac. Up till now window updates installed without problems. The last update went completely wrong as both size and resolution were completely off. Size was smaller than the monitor screen and I could not reset resolution to what it was before (2560x1440). I successfully reverted back to version 1511 and all is now as it was. But why did this happen? Should I update again as this was maybe just a fluke? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks.

Since you do not depend on Windows updates for system security, I would not update Windows, unless and until something is broken. Since, you are also dependent on Fusion, it may be that it needs an update before Windows can be updated.

I have a Windows 10 machine at home, and have no issues with updates.
