Paypal has been down several times in the last couple of weeks. It comes good after an nhour or so.

After Dave said it was up here in the states I found that my firewall settings had been changed where it did not allow secure mode traffic. I have no idea how that happened, but it's fixed now. Thanks for the heads up Nick.
