Minor work

I have a project in Jacksonville, FL that needs some recon and drafting to produce a simple set of PME's for a small project that is already in place, so this would be basically seeing what is there and drafting it so the building department can know what is there. This client did the work without drawings recently and now the city is demanding condocs to support the work. I don't have time and I'm 1,000 miles away. Are any of you closer or interested in going there to draft this up for them? Needs to be very economical.
