Untameable Menu and Toolbar positions?
Posted: Wed Oct 19, 2022 10:03 pmSomehow, God only knows what really happened, I suffered an accidential change to the Scale and Layout setting in the W10 display settings.
This causes HAVOC with the menu, icon bars etc. on the second monitor. You cannot make them stick in their proper positions. I believe there is a clear signal of imminent doom when all the Windows icons on the second screen mysteriously migrate to the main screen. Nothing else seems to be wrong but DataCad doesn't like this at all.
I only found this by blundering around the settings. The scale turned out to be 125%. Resetting to the recommended 100% fixed everything as far as DCad was concerned.
