Are any of my DataCAD friends licensed in Texas? I have a former client who represents a medical services franchise who needs someone to produce condocs for an infil renovation at a new location in Texas. I did condocs for a similar project in MO for him that turned out to be very easy; no MEP's, no structural. I did a simple demo plan, build plan and MEP "schematics" that showed where some light fixtures and grilles needed to be moved. This place already had cabinets and sinks; I just showed to remove those and replace with their "brand" cabinetry.

If this new work in TX is similar, it's a quick little fill-in project that you could do in a few days.
