How Can I determine what email address my forum account uses

HI all. I've been trying to figure out what email address my forum Log in is associated with? I've tried sending a couple of messages to myself from the forum and none of them show up in my two primary emails, so I'm wondering if it is using a very old email address that I no longer have/use. If so how can I change this?

Depending what forum theme or "Board Style" you are using, you should be able to check it or change it by clicking the User Control Panel which is located usually in the upper right hand corner (see attached screenshots) under 'Edit Account Settings'.
