Been trying to load a MS 3000 optical on windows XP ... (this is the magnifier model - yeah ... its time ....) and having a hell of a time ... get message " cannot load because of existing software conflict ... remove conflict etc ..." but no identifier have no idea where the conflict is - spent 3 hours at MS support - THEY will call back tomorrow !!!!
Support site identifies the message - but having followed it ... nothing either ... anyone else here might be using a "maginifier feature" mouse having traveled this particular path .... ????
