How come everytime when I think I snap a line to another, when I zoom really close the line aren't close or overlap....? Is DataCAD have a snap function that really work....?

Hello:

In your Object Snap menu, what settings are selected?

Do you have "Virtual" on? If so, turn that off -- it snaps to the point where two lines would cross, if they were long enough.

Another setting to avoid (except in very specific situations) is "Nearest" -- turn that one off, too!
