I am building an expensive house for a customer who has selected ipe flooring for the interior, in 5-1/4" T&G planks to be finished on site. I have done a lot of research on the web. Apparently this material must be predrilled, and I am aware that the dust is relatively toxic so masks must be worn while sawing. Any other hints, kinks, cautions, etc. would be appreciated.
