Very true. We could use more of this thinking in our county and the world.

Saw a good one on a show yesterday:

"Talk is cheap because supply greatly exceeds demand."

I heard one from a contractor's 93-year-old father (who was a GC as well):

"I may not have a college degree, but I have a PhD in Common Sense!"
