We are currently exploring means to be able to perform Project Punch List more efficiently. We currently do our punch list by hand in the field and have our office manager type up the list for distribution.

We have explored options for doing spreadsheets on a iPad and other iPad based apps. Many of the apps are more suited for the contractor/construction manager. The process of the data entry, i.e. locating areas on a floor plan and fields that are required to fill in on the apps, appear to take more time than the traditional pen and paper.

This is just on avenue we thought could help us complete punch list more efficiently. If anyone has any other thoughts or suggestions, I would gladly like to hear them.
