I am running a geoforce 7800 video card now with 256 ram.
Would there be a large difference if i were to upgrade to a 1G card for example a geoforce 9800.
I don't think it will matter much in DataCAD. For really large models in o2c with lots of textures and shadows (or in SketchUp) maybe, but video cards are not the bottle neck in DataCAD anymore. CPU and system RAM are more important; but most modern systems are just cruisin' with DataCAD.
How much RAM is in this system, and what is the CPU?
