I am using a box of MTEXT notes in a drawing that is x-ref into a drawing. The text can be seen when viewing in the drawing display on screen. When I go to the plot preview the text disappears. The text starts with a Arial TTF letter which appears and then follows with a Roman font sentence, which disappears. It does not print as well.

I am using DataCAD 12.08.04.03. Windows Pro XP, printer HP Design Jet 800.

Try checking the xclip settings for the xref and make sure Ignore Z is on.

Thanks Josh, I gave it a try. The x-ref file is a title block with typical notes, no x-clip function.
