I retired and I need to get rid of some stuff. I have an HP Design Jet 600 with extra roll of paper and 2 unopened ink cartridges, all the manuals, etc.

I live in Washington State so the Plotter is not feasable. I did notice you are using Datacad 10. If the software and usb key were available I would be interested as I like to maintain an older version but I recently lost my usb key for ten.
