We are replacing our plotter (HP designjet500) and have narrowed it down to HP T520 and Canon IPF685. Any thoughts?

I have had a Canon iPF755 and after 4 years traded it in last year for an iPF785 with a scanner. Love them both, never had any problems with the 755 and haven't had any with the 785.

As with any plotter, make sure you watch the ink levels - you can't just run out and buy them at Office Depot/Max or Staples!

Little late to the post, but I have the T520. Love it. I came from the Designjet 111. This is much faster, and the lines do appear to be a little crisper. Also like the fact that I can email drawings to it, if I am out and about and have them ready when I get back to the office.
