Has anyone used a Kip Starprint 2000?

If so, I need some help on the Request software.

I need to know if and how I can import a pen table.
I just need the stamp to read in gray scale.
Black is too heavy. (even though it does invert when it
intersects a portion of the drawing)

Also, about the stamp, I cannot get it to show up correctly.

It reads upsidedown ( \ ) but I want it to show this way ( / )

I cant get any help from the support staff?!?!?!?! shocker!
