digitizer pens

i have recently aquired an annoying challenge known as Parkinsons Disease. It has become difficult to use a mouse especially a three button mouse.

i am looking for a device like a pen that ii have more control of.

This is the one that I currently use, too. It comes with a digital pen with two additional buttons on it. I have mine set with tap=left-click; tap+button1=middle-click;tap+button2=right-click. It works really well in DataCAD that way. Wacom products are the best that I've seen as far as digitizers go. I have a tablet pc (laptop with a digital pen) that doesn't use Wacom (not as nice).
