Has anyone encountered the following message when attempting to open a drawing file: "Unable to Open File: File Decompression Error 106". I have been using Datcad for about 25 years and never had this happen until this morning. I think it may be related to a misfunction of the software associated with my new Seagate Backup Plus Portable Drive. Any answers would be most appreciated. Upstate South Carolina
It's a somewhat generic message meaning that DataCAD encountered an error when trying to extract the compressed drawing file database from within the AEC file. If you send me a copy of the file, I can try to extract it here and see if the database is recoverable.
