Periodically, I cannot start up DCAD or open any DCAD files. It gets to the gray screen of DCAD and the little blue circle whirls around (Win. 7 Pro) and that's it. In Stucksville. I close out and try again and same problem. It only seems to get fixed when I do a complete reboot of the computer. I am running the latest version of DCAD 18. I don't recall this happening with v.17.
