Is there any way to turn on Knockouts for all the Text in a drawing in one shot?

Turn All Layers On, F0 Change, S5 More, F0 Knockout, F5 Yes, S0 Exit, S0 Exit, F5 Mask, F1 Entity, F7 Text, S0 Exit, S0 Exit, Ctrl+A to Select All (Text).
