I had to resynch my monitors yesterday and now my symbol browser window is half off the screen. I can not move the window location - unfortunately the upper part of the window is off screen. How do I move it?
I closed DC and reopened - now the symbol browser is on the same window as DC and fills half the screen - both can not see the top of the browser... I had to minimize DC to about 1/4 screen area... not good.
Couple things to try
Turn it off, then hold down Ctrl-Shift and then turn back on, (this key combinations seems to help some items to go back to default.
Make a backup copy of the file Support Files\dcadwintoolbars.gui and then edit the following area, changing the FloatTop to >0.
[TBSymbolBrowser]
Rev=2000
Visible=0
DockedTo=+
LastDock=TBDockLeft
DockRow=0
DockPos=0
FloatLeft=1724
FloatTop=173
FloatCWidth=632
FloatCHeight=1286
Or maybe just delete this section and then reopen DataCad, it should then recreate the section for default.
