Add option to purge on exit, to purge Helplines when exiting.
Until then, this alias works

Okay - I think it would be AMAZING if we could Move / Drag and entity - and then have Dynamic Rotate and Dynamic Flip available when we place it.

I am working in a file that is an imported DWG, and a lot of symbols are mirrored and / or rotated, and having these options would be a BIG help.

Use Cut/Copy and Paste, and your wish shall come true.

Okay, that does it essentially. It takes a few additional clicks and keyboard shortcuts, though.

M / F1 / Left Click then hold Shift and / or Control, then Left Click.

vs

Control E, select entity(ies), click insertion point (or toggle on At Center), then click Cut. Then Control V, then hold Shift and / or Control, then Left Click.

It's already there. It only shows up in the menu if a valid line has previously been entered.

You're right, of course. I entered a couple of lines, but I either didn't see it, or it was not a "valid line".
